Not sure when this announcement was posted but I didn't receive any email from Joomdev. I submitted a refund request (and the form isn't performing properly - Captcha is flakey ; )
I considered remaining for Support but based on how minimal the support has been for many months, I don't expect it to get better moving forward. I hope they will honor the good faith I placed in their product and services for the past 2 years.
