Hello,
I'm having a problem with the sub menu on the site.
I didn't use a specific template, I just made the layout using JD Builder. Initially the menu worked correctly, but now I realized that, when the site is first loaded, the drop-down menu that should open the two items contained within the "contatti" menu item is not displayed.
Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.
The strange thing is that if I reload the page, everything works fine.
On another site, made in a very similar way, I don't have the same problem.
I have no idea what the problem is.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

Please update your Astroid version here and then check, maybe that would fix the issue.

Thanks,

Hi,

Please follow the solution#1 mentioned here: docs.joomdev.com/article/things-to-remem...stroid-2-3-0-to-2-4/

Delete the files & folder mentioned here and then check.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Hello and thanks.
I followed the directions of solution # 1, but the problem was not solved.
If I delete the cache, the first time the site is loaded, the submenu does not work; it works only after you refresh again the page.
But clearly, if a user doesn't know the problem, he just thinks it doesn't work.

I take this opportunity to report that I have updated JD Builder to the latest version (1.11.2), but the system keeps notifying me that I have an outdated version and that I need to update to the latest version.
This is the message:
"You are using outdated version of JD Builder v1.11.2. Please update to the latest version 1.11.2"

I am waiting for a reply.
Thanks

Hi,

If you have followed the instructions as mentioned without any effect, in that case please share with us your site's backend login details on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. along with this forum link so I can share the details this with our developers and provide you the solution ASAP.

As far as the JD Builder message is concerned that we are very much aware of, it's a small thing that we missed. You don't have to worry about it, your builder is updated, we'll fix this in the next update.

Thanks,
Nishtha
