If I put 2 modules on this same page - 2 sections of FAQ, then rich schema validator says, that there is error on page (duplicate FAQ Page). Only one module per page works.

How can I fix this?
Thank you.

Yes, that's normal. As it says in the description for the "Enable FAQ Schema":
Allow FAQ Schema for search engine optimization. FAQ Page Schema is only allowed once on a page. If you enable it on multiple times within a page, you will get Duplicate Field 'FAQPage' error at the time of Structure data validation.

So, disable it for one of your modules?

One more question - if I put 3 modules on page, 1st with FAQ Schema enabled, the rest with FAQ Schema disabled, would Google be able to read and show in SERPs FAQs from the two modules where FAQ Schema will be disabled?

Maybe/probably not.
Best: go test it.
