Hi,
Reason you are having this because if we publish two modules on the same position we will get the same result like you having one right now.
I would recommend you to published/select different module position for another module and set the background image.
2nd option: If you want both modules to be published in the same position then you have to use page class suffix to get this done

Done it this way.

Assigned "moduleacc-background" page class to About-us menu
Added following to template.less
html.moduleacc-background > body > div > div.t3-sl.spotlight-2.t3-sl-2 {
    background-image: url(../images/banner-slider.jpg);
}

Is there any better/cleaner way to achieve this?
