I have a Sprouts Membership on JD Builder and when I am trying to access the Blocks section on Pro Elements, it does not allow me to add any of them, even though I have a subscription. Requesting your assistance with the issue.

Hi,

Are you working on local website or a live one? If it's a live site then have you added the JD Builder activation key in your Joomla backend?
