The URL is actually determined by Joomla! directly. What you need to do is add the page to a Joomla menu, and the JD Builder pages will then have a slug that is more SEO friendly.
Just make sure the Joomla Global Configuration settings for Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use URL Rewriting are enabled as well.

Thanks for the reply watched.live. Can you give more details on how to add the page to a Joomla menu?
Also Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use URL Rewriting are set to YES already.
Thank you

When creating the menu item, you set the Menu Item Type as a "JD Builder > Single Page", Choose Page, and Select the page you want, and then up at the top, you specify the Menu Title and Alias. The Alias is then used as a slug.
If you want the page to be at example.com/category-group/page-name-here, you would just set the Parent Item to be the page with the slug of category-group.

I’m wondering what is going on with Joomdev support, a lot of unanswered questions on the forum, even via email I’ve no reply, this is starting to become an embarrassing situation, it's a shame, I was used to much better support in the past ... they should revalue their communication with members!
