Which document can I "change" the location of quick start images. They are currently in the site 'images' directory but I want them in the template folder. Is there a particular document that I can search and replace to update the/folder/path for all .json files?

Hi,

Do you wish to change the images folder path or the folder path of all the .json files?

Thanks,
Nishtha

I want to change the path for all images without doing it through the element settings for each image. (see screen shot)

I've already installed the .json start pages from the template downloads. I'd rather just search and replace but I don't see the calls for the images in .json files.

Hi,

Ok in this case you will have to change the images path in your json file only after you have imported the pages.

Thanks,
Nishtha

Create a new page for every single .json. Import the page and after export the page.
You will get the .json file.
Simple.

Please help me understand. Can you please tell me the path to those .json files in my joomla installation. I have already imported the json pages.

If I can edit the image path on the files in my installation, then why should I export? If I edit the files on my server I can simply search and replace [image/path] on the installed json files.

Where do the .json files reside before export from JDBuilder?

Sorry for the late reply.

I think you are talking about databases. When you import the page the .json saved in #__jdbuilder_layouts table.
