JD Dallas is just like anyother template on our site but build on Helix3 & license key is a part of JD Builder PRO our very own page builder.

What does JD Builder have to do with the License Key when I have purchased the JD Dallas template???
There is a SP Page Builder ALREADY inside the template when I installed the Quickstart...
I have enclosed the snapshot at my JoomDev area where it says BUY a license KEY??? How much do they COST???

You should be able to start working on your site without any issues.

What Nishtha meant was that JD Dallas doesn't require any license keys.
