I've got JD Simple Contact Form to work well on desktop. However, on my phone's browser, I can't seem to attach a photo.
First method was to tap on the Browse button and use the phone's camera. I take a photo and tap on the 'tick' icon but then the error "Unable to complete previous operation due to low memory". I am guessing this might be my phone's problem but I used another phone and also had the same issue. I then used the File Manager in the phone to attach an image file but the same thing happens.

I don't think you're using JD Simple Contact Form.

I checked, the form is of ConvertForms.
Can you send me the correct link where have you setup the JD Simple Contact Form?
